Default Comparing the IPL n-parameter for different materials

I recently conducted an ALT test on a dielectric material (dielectric breakdown tests) to demonstrate the reliability. As a part of the parameter estimation , I was able to estimate the value of the "n" parameter (sometimes referred as the life exponent). I was wondering if there are public sources of n values obtained on other materals (especially polymers) for comparison.

I know that such tables exists for activation energy..

Thanks in advance for your comments.
