Default Mirror block in Standby container

I try to use mirrored block in and out of Standby container. The results are quite different for analytical calculations and simulation:
For T=1000 Ranalytical=0.5245, Rsimulation=0.1354

The model is attached. All blocks have Weibull distribution with parameters 1,5 and 1000. Block HYDREXCESS can't fail. Standby Container can't fail. Switch Action reliability is 0.8. (This is to model possibility for operator error).

Do I miss something?

Default Re: Mirror block in Standby container

Dear BlockSim user,
BlockSim does not allow mirrors inside containers. The file you have attached is not a valid file. If you were to start with a standby gate, you would not be allowed to add a mirror under it. However, we have identified an issue when an AND/OR gate with mirror events under it is converted to a standby gate. We will make sure this is not allowed in the next service release.
We apologize for the confusion.
Best regards,
Arai

Thank you Arai! I think that this roundabout way for mirror event under standby gate could be useful if the results from the simulation are correct. User could be warned for possible problems with the analytical results or something like this. Krasin
