I believe I know the answer to this question, but I want to see what I can find here. When plotting in Weibull++ one can choose either Type I or II (or both) confidence bounds. Type I is Time and Type II is Reliability. If I have a goal of 99.99% at 10,000 cycles then I would want to choose Type II since my mission time is fixed and I want to see the bounds (particularly the lower one-sided bounds) on the reliability. In other words, with Type I you hold reliability fixed (or choose a value) and see the bounds on time on for Type II you hold time fixed and see the bounds on reliability. Does this make sense?

Makes sense. Seems like you have the concepts straight.
