I would like know how to develop reliability growth model (specificaly for mission reliability parameter) for program like Combat Air craft. As per specicification at the maturity level of aircraft mission reliability to be 0.95. how to determine the maturity period(in flight hours). how to determine the growth rate.
with available field data of 300 flight hours, i estimated using Power law model, the mission reliability is around 0.75 . Kindly help me to solve this problem.
