Greetings from Growth Map.

Growth Map is a consultancy firm, based in Mumbai, providing Selection Services across various sectors, in & around India.

Presently, we have a job opening for the position of "Engineer - Reliability Engineering" in a well-known manufacturing company in Maharashtra.
The deatiled job profile is as follows -

Job Requirements :
·Experience : 2 to 3 Years
·Education : BE(Mech)with 2 to 3 years experience in similar job or fresh Post Graduate in reliability Engineering with Mechanical Engineering background
·Age : 25 to 30 years

Job Description :
The candidate is expected to have knowledge of fundamentals of Refrigeration & AC & concepts of Reliability Engineering.

He will carry out reliability tests on product or components for evaluation of design or manufacturing processes, study failure analysis & prepare feedback reports.

The candidates should have capability of Laboratory Management independently.
The candidate is required the instrumentation knowledge of PLCs, Transducers, electronic monitoring & Controlling devices, S/Ws. Etc. Knowledge of statistical Techniques in Reliability Engineering & exposure to newer concepts like HALT, HASS, MEOST is preferred.

Outstanding position opportunity! Looks like you have a high growth opportunity within your company for a talented engineer. But, I also don't think you consciously mean for the age issue to be a barrier to your company's success. I would remove this from your post.
