Snap-on Equipment, our division in Conway, AR, develops sophisticated electronic equipment for a broad range of vehicle needs. We have an excellent position available for a talented and enthusiastic Reliability Test Engineer who is looking to advance their career in a challenging and simulating environment.
RELIABILITY TEST ENGINEER -- Electronics

As a part of the Product Design Engineering Group, design and develop testing methods to detect potential failure modes during product development and determine product reliability levels for Snap-on Equipment products. Establish measurable goals, testing methodologies, and analytical tools required to achieve best-in-the-industry quality/reliability performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
A BSEE/BSEET or equivalent plus at least 4 years of experience that includes some hardware design and PLC experience.
At least 2 years of relevant reliability and environmental test design that includes using several techniques and tools for measuring reliability.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Root cause failure analysis experience.
Some experience using programmable controllers is preferred.
