The candidate will work at our headquarters near Dayton, Ohio and perform analysis on our customers' products and systems. Subject equipment varies with customers/projects. Most often it is aerospace systems/subsystems and other electronic equipment. Through our customers we serve all branches of the US DOD, the UK MOD, and commercial industry.

The selected individual will:

Develop and maintain plans, schedules, and budgets; provide ILS reviews for customer and O'Neil management, including reports and presentations; interface with other ILS consultants; and may assist in preparing training materials, fault isolation manuals, and other logistic documentation.

Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Analysis; Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA); Level of Repair Analysis (LORA); Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies; and recommend Condition Based Maintenance policies and procedures.

Develop appropriate data and system models using software tools for R&M analysis and the ability to conduct an analysis of alternatives using quantifiable methods in support of Business Case Analysis (BCA) and/or Performance Based Logistics (PBL), including appropriate metrics.
