Personnel Partners, Inc. is a recruitment firm specializing in professional placements. We are located in South Bend, IN and are currently seeking Reliability Engineers for our client, AM General. Qualifications include: the ability to gather and analyze reliability data from a variety of sources (engineering, quality, mfg., suppliers and customers); excellent problem solving and root cause analysis including failure analysis; the ability to coordinate databases and reporting funtions; and communicate and track prioritized issues to appropriate groups for resolution. Education requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics or Statistics. Work experience: 3+ years of applicable experience in either the defense or automotive industries, and/or quality engineering. Computer applications: Working knowledge of MS Office products; SAP experience a plus. Certifications: ASQ-Reliability Engineering Certification a plus.
Positions are located in Mishawaka, IN (South Bend, IN). Relocation expenses are not covered and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
