How are censored data handled compared to time to failure data when computing the Weibull parameters ? Are they just multiplied by a specific coefficient and then treated like time to failure ? Thanks

Depending on the parameter estimation method, censored data are treated differently. When using regression the ranks of the failures are adjusted based on the suspensions. When using MLE, the suspensions are treated separately from the failures based on the suspension term of the Likelihood function.
