Strength_Stress function Weibull

I am trying to use the strength-stress function in Weibull ++ to estimate overlap between two distributions (basically dimensional interference issue. Is there a corresponding confidence level to the calculated failure rate? Thanks in advance.

It is possible to calculate a standard error for the estimated probability, and from there to construct confidence bounds. this feature is not implemented in Weibull. If you have an urgent one-time need for such a calculation, contact me by email.
