I have noticed that reliability simulation doesn't evaluate reliability increase due to scheduled maintenance.
Could you explain me the reason?

The reliability simulation in BlockSim treats the system as non-repairable. This means that the repair and maintenance properties of the blocks are not considered when performing a reliability simulation. In order to incorporate the repair and maintenance properties of the blocks in the simulation, the Maintainability Simulation option must be selected.
