There are several reasons why the points will not fall on a straight line in a Weibull plot. These are: 1. Weibull does not represent the data. Choose a different distribution. The plot line generated by the Weibull distribution with less than 3 parameters is always a straight line. 2. A 3-parameter Weibull might represent the data. 3. If the data contains different failure modes the Mixed Weibull distribution might be more appropriate . The Mixed Weibull distribution will follow the shape of the generated points, generating a curved line.
