BlockSim FTI and Functional Safety Assessment

BlockSim FTI appears to provide a useful toolset for performing functional safety analysis. Has anyone used it for this purpose and are there any case studies / guidelines for its application to safety integrity assessment?

How to convert RBD to Fault Tree Diagram using BlockSim FTI edition

Currently BlockSim automatically converts Fault Trees to RBDs but not the other way around. While fault tree’s can be represented by an RBD, not all RBD’s can be converted to a fault tree.
