I am using Weibull++ software right now for coming out with a reliability curve for a predictive maintenance policy.

After a maintenance is performed, assuming that the system's reliability is restored to 0.90, does the Weibull++ software allow me to enter this data of 0.90 and obtain a Reliability - time curve that starts from 0.90 at time t = 0?

You could use BlockSim for repairable system analysis. You can specify restoration factors, maintenance (corrective and preventive) policies, spare policies and produce a reliability/availability plot in addition to the possibility of performing other analysis. You could also use RGA6’s NHPP model with a Power Law intensity function. This model assumes that the system is As-Bad-As-Old after the repair.

We have a reference about life data analysis at http://www.weibull.com/lifedatawebcontents.htm. If you want to learn specially about the Weibull distribution visit: http://www.weibull.com/LifeDataWeb/the_weibull_distribution.htm
For other reliability related educational material visit: Weibull.com and see the material under 'Reliability Reference Materials'

ReliaSoft also offers training seminars that I highly recommend, you can get a list of the offered courses at: http://www.reliasoft.com/seminars/index.htm, http://www.reliasoft.com/seminars/gencourses/index.htm. The most popular course is the 1-week foundation MSMT course which is a pretty encompassing overview of reliability engineering, and reliability analysis in addition to the ReliaSoft software.
