I used cumulative model of ALTA-PRO, and fail to apply two step-stress profiles simutaneously. Is this a limiation of current software?

In more detail. I use Thermal-Step and Voltage-Step profiles simutaneously. If Use-Stresses will be assigned as 353K and 100V, how to estimate its life?

Jenyi, ALTA PRO will allow for a single time varying stress type - but multiple profiles for that stress type. Are you trying to use more than one stress type? If so yes you cannot. If you are using a single stress type then you can have multiple profiles. If this is unclear I would recommend that you contact our Support directly.
