How can i edit a file *.RTM

ReliaSoft's RG Version 1, released in 1997, used RTM files as a template for reports.

The product is no longer supported. The current version is RGA 6 (http://rga.reliasoft.com/).

What are you trying to do with the file? It contains no data or other user needed info. It is a template that told RG how to create a report. The only way to edit it is in the RG software.
