The successful candidate will lead the planning, proposal and execution of reliability engineering tasks including reliability program planning; reliability modeling reliability prediction; failure modes, effects and criticality analysis; and reliability growth for weapon system development programs. Responsibilities include translating contractual requirements and company standard processes to program specific reliability plans including definition of tailored processes, tasks, standards, schedules, and associated cost estimates; managing the execution of the planned tasks to meet delivery, cost and schedule commitments; communicating and coordinating tasks with customers
Required Education: B.S. Engineering (required). M.S. Engineering (preferred). Training or certification in reliability engineering. Training in maintainability, safety and human engineering desirable.
Other Desirable: High written, oral and graphical communications proficiency.
Familiarity with military standards desirable, including Reliability: MIL-STD-785; FMECA: MIL-STD-1629; Reliability Growth Management MIL-HDBK-189.
