Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Functional and CT Image Reconstruction Team is looking for a highly motivated software engineer interested in working on the scan data disk array solution for Computed Tomography (CT) Scanners. Work tasks could include designing a software to support the new high speed scan data storage subsystem, developing data storage and subsystem diagnostic software, working on the design for reliability and redundant storage solution, supporting thermal and stress tests and life-cycle cost analyses on raw data storage subsystem of a CT Scanner, Manufacturing and service support, and software quality improvement projects will also be assigned as needed to support CT business objectives.
Qualifications:
*BS in EE/CS.
*3+ years of product design experience.
*2+ years experience in C/C++.
*Previous experience with Linux software development.
*Familiarity with disk arrays and redundant software solutions.
*Demonstrated technical leadership and teamwork skills.
*Strong problem solving skills.
*Dedicated to planning and schedule execution.
Desired:
*DFSS trained and GB/BB certified.
*Previous Medical Imaging product development experience.
