A unique opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer of high performance, mixed-signal integrated circuits for emerging high growth digital consumer electronics markets.
With the continued expansion of the organisation and further investment on reliability stress test equipment they are now looking to recruit two senior reliability engineers to enhance the departmental experience and develop to the next level of device qualification and reliability monitoring.
Responsibilities include:
· To plan and implement qualification tests for new integrated circuits.
· Establish ongoing reliability monitoring
· Collate information and report on findings
Candidates should:
· Possess 5+ years experience of hands-on reliability stress qualification covering dynamic burn in, THB, HAST, ESD and latch up.
· You will have an understanding of the following areas:
· Semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, semiconductor failure mechanisms, IC plastic encapsulation materials, processing weaknesses, device optimisation etc.
Any knowledge of ATE testing , test programs etc would be an advantage.
