Reliability Engineer


In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and all of its associated support systems are effectively maintained with emphasis on improved equipment reliability, elimination of waste, elimination of variations to standards and effective utilization of manpower and talent.

Qualifications:

„« BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
„« 3-5 years of experience in a large fast-paced manufacturing facility.
„« PLC experience along with a reliability background.
„« Experienced in leading within a multidiscipline plant maintenance group of 10 or more.
„« Proficient in a fast paced manufacturing environment utilizing a CMMS system for maintenance planning and execution of work.
„« Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance), PDM (Predictive Maintenance).
„« Knowledge of power distribution.
„« Knowledge and implementation of formal maintenance reliability methods.
„« Demonstrates effectiveness in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance.
„« Developing and implementing maintenance skill development programs.
„« Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are a must.
