We have immediate opportunities for SENIOR and TEAM LEAD RELIABILITY ENGINEERS with two leading technology companies.
Companies include a leading producer of integrated microelectronics manufacturing equipment and subsystems, and a producer of innovative secure communications systems.
Locations include the Scenic Finger Lakes Region of Western New York State and the Minnesota Twin Cities area.

RELIABILITY ENGINEERS
Senior & Team Leader positions
Coordinate all reliability activities relative to product testing:
* HALT testing, scheduling chamber activities and estimated completion dates.
* HASS profile design review, constructive criticism on new design profiles with suggested improvements.
* Advanced Life Testing, scheduling and estimated completion of product life testing.
* Lead engineers to improve methods of accelerating failure mechanisms in shorter cycles.
* Component level qualifications, power cycling test methods, HTRB, 85/85
Analyze field trends (MTBF and Pareto):
* Work cross-functionally to determine root cause and aid in instituting corrective action.
* Present findings to Senior Management
Coordinate all activities in failure analysis laboratory, provide lead technical expertise during analysis.
Coordinating reliability improvements with customers.
Establish periodic maintenance routines for components subject to wear.
Attend design reviews while product is in development
Assure new product reliability in development and approve phase gate releases
Qualifications:
BS - Engineering or Science (or relevant technical degree) and 6+ years related experience. Background with Electrical Systems, Electromechanical Products and/or Electronic Instrumentation.
