Reliability Engineer
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Duration: Temp to Perm
Salary: $70K
Will consider out of state candidates/No relocation benefits available
The reliability engineer will be responsible for tracking reliability issues and ensuring that corrective and preventative action activities are tracked and completed on these issues. The successful candidate will design and implement advanced techniques for improving quality data tracking and corrective actions within the company. This person will be instrumental in the development of quality and reliability standards within the company. The successful candidate will also participate in reliability design assessments where experience in design based reliability engineering is critical.
Candidates will complete root cause failure analyses and their reports, and setting up, documenting, and ensuring completion of reliability tests. Candidates will also:
Defining procedures and processes and ownership of quality and reliability data tracking.
Driving reliability based design enhancements through product development group.
Reliability evaluation of manufacturing processes.
Performing root cause failure analysis on assemblies and components.

Working knowledge of Agency Compliance Issues is helpful
Excellent communication skills ability to resolve end user and internal requests
Flexible ability to change focus and priorities as required
Candidates must have an Engineering degree, plus 5-7+ years of reliability engineering experience. Candidates must be familiar with electrical and mechanical equipment.
