Senior Reliability Engineer (Powertrain)

Join this global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment. As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will perform reliability engineering activities on full vehicle subsystems. Special focus will however be made in relation to Continuous Variable Transmission system (CVT) reliability.
This challenging position requires strong communication skills, a team players attitude and several years experience in reliability engineering. Preferably you will have a background in working on mechanical related products however this is not essential.
Your expert knowledge in reliability principles and methodologies will be put to good use to mentor and train personnel within the reliability team.
As a senior team member you will be responsible for reliability engineering activities on a number of development programs. It is essential that you are degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering and have a structured background in reliability engineering and life data statistics.
It is essential that you have previous experience in reliability allocation, subsystem reliability test planning, life data analysis. Durability and reliability goals development, load duty cycle and usage profile development experience would also be of benefit. Knowledge of Taguchi methodology and Weibull analysis would also useful.
A limited amount of european travel will be required.
