Does anybody have any input on setting reliability specifications?

includes an article on a quantitative approach to setting specs.

Can anyone cite some examples of reliability specifications that might be included in a contract with a supplier, i.e. do you include beta and eta (for Weibull) and the test methods, definitions of failure, etc.?
