I'm fairly new to the Weibull generating process so forgive me if this question is obvious. Can Weibull plots be generated while a test is in progress? My experience has been to plot out data when testing is complete. I am involved with fleet testing and am often asked for predictions based on the present status of data. If predictions are made during testing, is data for samples still on test censored?

Yes. One would have to treat the remaining operating items as suspensions or right censored data points (see Data classification for definitions at http://www.weibull.com/LifeDataWeb/data_classification.htm and for analysis methods see http://www.weibull.com/LifeDataWeb/right_censored_suspended_data.htm )
Weibull++ 6 can perform all of these calculations (see http://www.reliasoft.com/Weibull/index.htm)
