Can somebody help me with a simple way to determine/find out what the activation energy is?

Assuming you have data from which you wish to determine the activation energy, then one would fit a model to the data and obtain the activation energy. The on-line ref, on ALT at Weibull.com describes the process (see http://www.weibull.com/AccelTestWeb/arrhenius_relationship_introduction.htm )
