What is the definition of V?

V is used through much of the equations. For example, on page 1 of

"http://www.weibull.com/AccelTestWeb/standardized_residuals_plots.htm"

the definition of the SR for the Weibull Distribution is

ei=beta{ln(Ti)-ln[eta(V)]}

V is the level of the stress variable. The characteristic life, eta, is a function of the stress level in the equation you cite.

If you look back in the accelerated test web site to the discussion of, say, the Arrhenius model, you will see the variables and parameters defined.
