We are trying to determine a reasonable target for Reliability and Confidence to select a sample size for development testing. (ex. If you test 30 samples without failure, then you have 95% Confidence that the Reliability is at lest 90.5%.) Does anyone know how any of the big companies structure their testing (Boeing, Motorola, IBM....etc)?
