Conditional block

Are there any case studies or examples where the conditional event block is used in BlockSim? - I don't quite understand how it gets used on the fault tree (I used other conditional events tools on other software before)

An Inhibit Gate functions like an AND gate where the input event occurs if all input events occur and an additional conditional event occurs. A conditional event is a specific condition or restriction that can apply to any gate.
