I am a Master Of Engineering Student at IRIS(Industrial Research Institute Swinburne), Australia, as my research topic for my master's thesis is 'RELIABILITY OF MICRO SYSTEMS' I would like to know if any work has been done before in this field, if so, I would like to know the references and the discussions and also u'r views.
