I have thought to use Weibull analysis for pipings wall thickness estimation in our power plant.Now I am interested in what are my possibilities to notice overlay welding in wall thickness estimations?
Wall thickness data is being record between 1994-2001. There have been made overlay welding in 1997 and 1999. Is there a model which would describe that?
