I did 2 series of experiments of thermal cycling with 2 different values of DT (110 and175). I note the failures after x number of cycles by using intervals. I use the inverse power law and the Weibull distribution. I find a modelisation witn m=9. My first question is : Is the reliability function at the use stress DT=110 (for example) a function of the thermal cycles number?
Then I tried to define 2 different stress profiles with DT=110K and DT=175K. I use this time the cumulative damage model with the stress transformation "inverse power". My second question is them than the first one. What is the x scale of the reliability function : time or number of cycles. Are the stage duration of the thermal cycles influent?
See the attached document for more details.
Thank you for your help.
Regards.

The Reliability function is a function of your random variable in this case time which you say is measured in cycles – so yes the x-scale is cycles.
On the second part I am not sure what you did... I did not see an attachment.
