Data on Electrical components

I'm looking for data (MTBF, MTTR,...) on electrical components such as alternator, wires, ... and I'm looking desperately the NSWC 98 LT1 book or its new name....
If someone could help me I will be gratefull

Look for RDF 2000 developed by UTE. Might be similar to NSWC-98/LE1 Standard.
