Hi,
I must perform FMECA for a LVDS link using the DS90LV032AW-QML receiver and DS90LV031AW-QML driver by National Instruments. I'm not expert and I have problems to identify the failure modes for the driver and receiver. Is there somebody that could suggest me an application note a document or a web site that can help me to perform the analysis? I think that the best solution could be an electrical model of the driver and receiver (with the related parameters). I tried to find on the national web site without success.
