View Full Version : Plotting with intervals

I have data with a large set of failures in each interval. How can I show the data with the "x" indicator? For example if I have 24 failures in a certain interval I would like to show it as a single interval with "x 24" by it instead of 24 lines stacked up. I have looked at what I think are several options for doing this, but none have worked.

Hi Steve,
I am assuming that you are using the most recent version of the Weibull++ software (7.5.5). If this is the case, from the plot, select Plot Setup from the Plot menu. Next, click on the Labels tab and add a check to the "Show Point Multiplier" option under the Point Labels heading. If the plot is set to Auto Refresh it will automatically refresh the plot. If Auto Refresh is not on, you should refresh the plot manually, by clicking the plot button again.
I hope that this helps.
Thank you,

I do have version 7.5.5 and tried what you suggested , but it still is not working. Also, just to clarify, I am trying to do this on a single plot, not a multiplot.

Hi Steve,
Unfortunately, I am not able to duplicate the issue that you are experiencing with the software. Will you please send the Weibull++ folio to support@reliasoft.com or to me directly, so that we can take a look and help you to resolve the issue that you are experiencing with Weibull++.
I look forward to your reply. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you have any questions or comments on the software. Have a great day!
Thank you,
Kathleen Laird
