Calculating the Confidence Band for Weibull MLE

I have constructed an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate the Weibull MLE slope, characteristic life, and b10 at 50% confidence but I do not know how to calculate the confidence bands at various percentages and various confidence limits. Does anyone know the calculations to use for both cases???

ReliaSoft's "Life Data Analysis Reference" (ships with Weibull++ 5.0) details the Fisher Matrix approach for accomplishing this.
