hardware FMEA and functional FMEA

actually what is different between this two FMEA? How about others FMEA like machine FMEA, process FMEA, design FMEA? can anybody explain to me? :confused::confused::confused:

Well they all have to do with the purpose of the FMEA. At the end of the day they all are FMEAs, you are just using the method for a different application. Some slight variations might exist, mostly due to the specific needs of each application, but overall it's the same idea and method.
