Just received a Reliability Engineer opportunity located in southern Florida.
The Reliability Engineer is the primary owner/user of Equipment History. Through analysis of equipment history and the application of technical skills and ingenuity he/she is responsible for the correction of equipment problems causing repetitive failures. Responsibilities include:
- Criticality Analysis.
-Failure modes and effects analysis
-Reliability Data Management, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
-Structured Root Cause Failure Analysis
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs including systematically defining, developing, monitoring and refining the preventive/predictive maintenance process in pursuit of optimization
Predictive Maintenance technologies (Vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, online and offline motor testing)
- Precision Maintenance Program
