I am in the process of understanding the trends on acceptance of the requirement for a structured Reliability Program by more and more companies.
Is product Reliability becoming a critical factor for more companies in the current competitve market? Is the ROI in a reliability program more for specific industries? and what are the measures for the ROI?(examples could be reduction in warranty costs, customer satisfaction, service costs, reduction in diagnosibility costs, etc)
Will be great to know views on this.
