"Marginality of Success" (MOS)

Have any of you come across this terminology before?

"Marginality of Success"

Is this just the same as probablity of failure on demand?

I have never heard of it and I dont even want to try to guess ....

As a follow up ---

I googled "Marginality of Success" and got four results all weapons related... My best guess is "probability of success" aka Reliability!

That's exactly what I thought and took it as probability of failure (on demand) or similar.

It's difficult enough without inventing more terms.
