We are looking for individuals who possess similar core values and reliability engineering experience for our Clarksville MO plant. To be successful in this role you must be able to perform vibration analysis trending troubleshooting of equipment, balancing lubrication analysis and laser alignment for large scale industrial plants. You will be expected to develop, implement, and continuously improve the Condition Based Maintenance program (CBM) at Clarksville. This program includes, but is not limited, to vibration analysis, lubrication management, non-destructive testing and other predictive technologies.
You will be performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You’ll also eliminate repetitive issues through Pareto Analysis, statistical review, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Required skills:
3-5 years of cement or heavy industrial maintenance exposure
Bachelors Degree desired: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
A high degree of safety awareness
Strong and effective communications skills with ability to communicate technical information to non technical team members
Demonstrated experience in setting up reliability systems in heavy industry preferred
