Due to our incredible growth, we are seeking a Reliability Engineer for our plant in Florence Colorado. To be successful in these roles you must be able to perform vibration analysis trending troubleshooting of equipment, balancing lubrication analysis and laser alignment for large scale industrial plants. You will be performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You’ll also eliminate repetitive issues through Pareto Analysis, statistical review, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Having 3-5 years of cement or heavy industrial maintenance exposure and a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.
