Due to our incredible growth, we are seeking a Reliability Supervisor for our Midlothian Texas location. To be successful in these roles you must be able to perform the following:
* Implement, monitor and optimize a condition based maintenance (CBM) program within the plant
* Perform vibration analysis, trending, troubleshooting of equipment, balancing, lubrication analysis and laser alignment
* Oversee the plant preventative and predictive maintenance activities, including vibration measurement and analysis, oil analysis, thermographic surveys, ultrasonic airborne and non-destructive testing, equipment laser alignment, other non-destructive testing
* Complete reports, forms, and other paperwork associated with maintenance activities and overall equipment condition
* Determine department workloads and establish work schedules; maintain preventative maintenance procedures and scheduling
* Coordinate work with other departments, vendors, contractors, and suppliers; monitor equipment lubrication activities
* Coordinate and monitor the work of the Reliability Engineer, evaluate problems affecting overall equipment efficiency
* Develop and use FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and coordinate formal RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) as problem solving tools; perform evaluations of maintenance key performance indicators
* Recommend, initiate, and approve RFQs (Request for Quotations), requisitions, work orders and other associated forms to obtain contractor services, equipment and supplies required by the maintenance department
Requirements
* Supervisory experience desired
* Demonstrated experience in cement or heavy industrial maintenance (3-5 years or more) preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in setting up reliability systems in heavy industry preferred
* Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office
* Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
