Need your help for my project work

HELLO SIRS,
I am a b.tech.student .i am doing projest work to find reliability, availability,and maintainability of a power plant.Data which i will get is reason for failure and time duration to repair it i.e. how much time the equipment is not available.Using this information ,i have to find a mathematical formulae to find reliability,maintainability, availability of the plant and i have to write a computer programme for this.

What you are asking is not something that a simple answer in a forum such as this can provide. Obviously it will require a lot of work on your part. I would recommend on starting out by reviewing textbooks (you can find some online on http://www.weibull.com and other textbooks on the matter.)
