How to find MTBWSF

I would like to know the difference betwee MTBF and MTBWSF, and how to calculate MTBWSF of stystem from its MTBF. this information would be of great help,

MTBWSF (Mean Time Between Wrong Side Failure) sounds to be a metric used in the rail ways indudstry. I am not sure, but WSF sounds to be a subset of failure types. If you have data on the occurences of the WSF, you can fit a distribution to the data set and estimate the MTBWSF. You might be able to estiate the MTBWSF and MTBF if there is a known percentage of failures that are WSF.
