How to display "Systems Reliability Equation" in BlockSim

I have a BlockSim 7 user in Germany who is not able to display the "Systems Reliability Equation". The application appears to create the window but we are unable to display it.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting the question. However to answer it I need more details. Does the user receive an error message when he is trying to show the equation? How big is the diagram? Genarally the equation cannot be shown if it reaches 10 million terms (it happens sometimes with complex diagrams). It would be great if you could send me a screen shot or the project that causes the problem.
