Multiple failure time data

I am woorking on statisticl inference on repairable systems. Can you please help me to get repeated failures and repairs data on multiple components of a system. thank you.

Do you have BlockSim 6? If yes, you can generate such data by running one simulation (I assume that your question is about generating random data from a system where the component distributions are given). When you run one simulation in BlockSim 6, you can then go to the "System Event Log" under the Reports folder in the Simulation Results window.
