Hi,
This a reference that discusses Reliability Testing
http://www.weibull.com/Articles/RelIntro/Reliability_Testing.htm ,
It’s part of an introductory reference called “The Blueprint for Implementing a Comprehensive Reliability Engineering Program”, which you can find at http://www.weibull.com/Articles/RelIntro/index.htm
The following link describes a Design of Reliability Testing (DRT) tool that is part of the Weibull++ software package
http://www.weibull.com/hotwire/issue24/relbasics24.htm
ReliaSoft also has a DRT tool (part of the RGA software package) that can be used in Reliability Growth analysis for developmental stage testing
I hope this helps.
