Slip Ring Reliability

Does anyone have a reliability model or failure data for a slip ring? I have been unable to find anything on them. Thanks in advance.

If you mean ring=seal or joint, the only data issued from AVCO i know is: lambda =0.3 *e-6/h (laboratory envir.t)
