Key Performance Indicators KPI`s
In many organizations the business processes are compartmented, the road map interfaces are nebulous, and many departments or groups are collecting lots of information that produce metrics used only for the sake of measurement, not as a catalyst for change or warning to identify ineffective or failed strategies.
In one oil refinery, the asset integrity system management is a key tool for a good reliability. What would be the realistic KPI`s for an effective Inspection department in the organization?
